Cornerstone Kids' purpose is to teach kids about the Gospel so they can join in our mission of loving God and each other. Our desire is that every child would come to know our great God and what it means to bear his image well. We do this in various ways throughout the year in our weekly Sunday School and Awana ministries, along with monthly events and summer camps.
Every Sunday we offer Sunday school both services for birth through fifth grade. Our Sunday School engages children at their level while helping them discover who God is and who God wants them to become. We use The Gospel Project curriculum that speaks to kids and centers on the Gospel. Each Sunday begins with a large group time where children worship and learn the week's Bible verse. After that, they are dismissed to small group time based on grade level. Small group time features a Bible lesson, activities, and further discussion and relationship building.
We have an amazing team of staff and volunteers who lead our various children's ministries. Our volunteers have all undergone a background check and have received training. We have an amazing team that loves to serve the Lord.
