Serving at Cornerstone
Serving is a great way to get further connected into the life of the church. We would love to see everyone leveraging their God-given spiritual gifts to build one another up. Please prayerfully consider where the Lord might have you join in on the mission! To help you discover and deploy your spiritual gifts you can fill out this assessment!
Our children's ministry is an area where we're always looking for loving servants to get involved! Whether you love caring for infants and toddlers or want to help elementary school students learn the basics of the Christian faith, there is a place for you. Serving opportunities for children are available on Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and also for special events throughout the year. If you are interested in serving contact our Director of Children's Ministry, Amy Hoffman.
Serving with our student ministry is a great way to help train and equip the next generation to spread the gospel. Reach out to our Youth Director, Daniel Schoof to get involved. The middle school youth group meets every Thursday night from 6:00-8:00 pm in the parsonage and the high school youth group meets every Sunday night from 6:30-8:30 pm in the parsonage.
Our hospitality team consists of Sunday morning ushers, greeters, welcome desk volunteers, and connect class facilitators. The hospitality team would be the perfect place for you to serve if you love meeting new people and helping them to feel welcomed and connected. Many times, a visitor's first impression of our church is the first person they are welcomed by, so we want to be sure our hospitality team truly shows the love of Christ to all who enter our doors.
Has the Lord entrusted you with musical ability? Do you have a passion to see the church join together to worship God through music? If so, consider joining our Cornerstone Worship Team! We are looking for experienced musicians to play and sing in the worship team on Sunday mornings.
